Quadbella issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order only in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by Quadbella
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Quadbella will take 2-5 business days to process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.
- We offer store credit only for all eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for store credit, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are not eligible for return include personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards.

- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged.
- No returns for intimate items such as bras and underwear.
- Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy.
